This case study of CooperVision will cover the project's background, problem statement, proposed solution, and my responsibilities.
Introduced in 2024, the CooperVision project was designed to enhance customer engagement for CooperVision by building a digital coupon system and campaign promotion platform, leveraging a modern web framework like React.js and Express.js. Tasked with bridging the gap between physical store purchases and online rewards, the initiative created a seamless experience for two user groups: customers, who upload receipts to claim coupons, and admins, who manage approvals via a dashboard. This system not only incentivized repeat visits but also streamlined campaign tracking for CooperVision, turning a traditional retail interaction into a dynamic, reward-driven ecosystem.
